As a Customer Service Representative of our company, you will be on the front lines of communication with our customers, using phone, email, and other messaging platforms to provide prompt answers for their problems or concerns.
You will be required to learn about the services we offer and be able to provide basic information about these services to current and potential customers.

Salary
$ 15.00 to $ 18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via telephone
- Navigate online database application to quickly provide and maintain customer information
- Work in a faced-paced work environment and effectively multitask; communicate on phone while entering data
- Learn about the various services we offer and educate customers
Must Have
- Commitment to providing the highest quality customer service
- High proficiency using office computer applications, email, and data entry systems
- Both written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with various customer personalities
- High school diploma or GED
Nice to have
- College degree
- Spanish speaking
- Sales experience
